Atoms Terms of Use
Atoms is published and operated by Ashwani Kottapalli, based in India. These Terms explain the rules for using the Atoms app, websites and related services.

Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 13 to use Atoms. If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms independently under the laws where you live, a parent or guardian must agree with you. By using Atoms, you agree to these Terms.
Keep your sign-in details secure, provide accurate information when needed and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity and content you submit through your account. Tell us if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access. Guest access is available for supported features; some features require a registered account.
Atoms asks you to accept its Terms before posting or messaging where required by the app. Do not use another person’s account or impersonate them.
Games, XP and availability
Atoms offers games, progress, streaks, social features and rankings. XP, scores and streaks represent in-app progress and have no cash value. We may correct or remove results affected by cheating, invalid submissions or errors.
Games and features may change, become unavailable or be removed for quality, safety or legal reasons. Only games marked as downloadable support the corresponding offline feature. An internet connection is needed for online services and synchronization.
Build requests
Build lets you send an idea for a game. Our team reviews and fulfills requests, using game-creation tools including AI where appropriate. Build is not a promise of immediate automated generation. The app shows request status, timing and any delay or decline.
Only submit ideas and material you have the right to share. Do not include confidential information, another person’s private information, passwords or sensitive personal details. Your prompt is private to you and the authorized team; a reviewed game created from the request may be published for everyone.
Permission to create games from your request
For a Build request submitted after you accept this revision, you grant the operator of Atoms non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, adapt and incorporate your submitted material as reasonably necessary to develop, test, publish, distribute, promote and commercially operate the resulting games. Service providers acting for us may exercise these permissions only for those purposes and subject to our Privacy Policy.
This permission concerns creating and sharing the resulting games. It does not allow us to publish your private prompt or unrelated messages. For reviewed published games, these permissions continue only as needed to maintain, distribute and operate those games, subject to the privacy and account-deletion safeguards below.
These Build-specific permissions do not retrospectively transfer rights in earlier submissions or override a separate written agreement with you.
Games created by Atoms
As between you and the operator of Atoms, the operator owns the protectable game code, artwork, designs and other original material created by or for Atoms, to the extent those rights vest in or have been assigned to the operator. This includes games inspired by your requests.
Submitting an idea or request does not by itself give you ownership of, exclusivity over, or a right to payment or royalties from the resulting game, unless we agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
Your pre-existing material remains yours, subject to the permissions you grant under these Terms. Third-party material remains subject to its owners’ rights and applicable licenses; we do not claim ownership of it. Use of AI does not by itself create copyright, and we do not claim exclusive copyright in material that applicable law does not protect.
Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of original content you submit, including your prompts and uploaded material. In addition to the Build-specific permissions above, you give the operator of Atoms permission to host, process, display, deliver and moderate your content as needed to provide the service. This includes showing messages to their recipients and making content public when you submit or approve it for public use.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for content you submit. Do not copy, distribute or misuse another person’s protected content without permission or another lawful basis.
If you delete your account, a reviewed published game may remain under the Atoms team’s attribution only after it is checked for personal content. Your private Build prompt and attributable personal or social content are handled under the Privacy Policy. This does not grant permission to retain identifiable content inside a game after deletion.
Content and behavior that are prohibited
These rules apply to profiles, comments, messages, groups, Build prompts, games and linked material. Do not:
- Threaten, bully, harass, exploit or promote hatred or violence against people.
- Post or request explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation, child abuse material or content that endangers children.
- Share another person’s private information without permission, impersonate others or infringe their rights.
- Send scams, spam, malicious software or unlawful content.
- Manipulate results, bypass security or moderation controls, disrupt the service or help others do so.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
Use the in-app report and block controls, or contact support@rovix.digital, to report harmful content or behavior. Include enough information to locate the issue, without sending passwords or sign-in codes.
We may review reports, hide or remove content, restrict accounts, disable games or pause requests to protect people, enforce these Terms or comply with law. Urgent unlawful content may be referred to the appropriate authorities. Contact support if you believe a moderation action was a mistake.
Privacy and account deletion
The Privacy Policy explains collection, use, sharing, retention and privacy rights. Request account deletion at Personal → Settings → Account → Delete account, or use our web instructions if you cannot access the app.
In-app requests include a seven-day grace period. Deletion is complete only when the required processing has finished; the Privacy Policy and deletion page explain the current processing status and permitted retention exceptions.
Service changes and your rights
We aim to keep Atoms available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. We may update the service and these Terms. Updates will be posted here with a new date; we will provide notice or seek fresh acceptance when required.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
Governing law and questions
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact support if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent you from exercising any legal right or contacting an appropriate authority.
