Atoms Support

Need a hand with Atoms? Contact us about your account, a game, a report or a privacy request.

Describe what happened and include your account email or username if available. For a game issue, include the game name and your app version. Never send a password or sign-in code.

Safety reports

Use the in-app report and block controls for harmful content or players. If you cannot access the app, email us with the relevant game, profile or content and a description of the issue. You can also contact us if you believe a moderation action was a mistake.

Privacy and account deletion

Read our Privacy Policy for data use and your choices. Start deletion at Personal → Settings → Account → Delete account, or follow our web deletion instructions. Deletion requests have a grace period and processing time; the deletion page explains the current status.
